Shipping & Return Policy
We include free insured shipping to EU countries, US and Canada. You automatically receive free shipping at checkout for those destinations. For other destinations, you will get a quote at the checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to additional duty and taxes, depending on your local area.
Your artwork is fully insured against loss and damage in transit. Contact me with any questions concerning shipping at email@example.com
Currently we don't provide a framing service, your purchased art work is going to be shipped unframed.
Shipping delays may be subject to oil and varnish drying which may take up to 3 months from the moment the art work is finished. After purchase you will be notified about an approximative delay of shipping via e-mail. If you would like to have a concrete information before purchasing, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I understand that you may not be fully comfortable buying art online and for this reason you have 7 days to change your mind and return the artwork.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, make sure you take good care when opening your artwork to save the packaging.
Returning the artwork for refund
1 – Within 7 days of being in receipt of your artwork please email me to notify me of your intent to return.
2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging. Take care to ensure the artwork returns undamaged, otherwise you may not be eligible for a refund.
3 – Arrange with a courier for insured tracked shipping. Arrange for prompt collection.
4 – Notify me of the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based solely on the condition of the artwork being in the same condition as sent.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the full amount, in the currency and at the exchange rate at the time of transaction, minus any card handling fees will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
